Does it account for generally limited gain and bandwidth, especially in 2-triode designs? Even a 3-triode plan can fail to offer "infinite" gain margin at 50Hz.
I'd also say if we assume the filter can be designed apart from the amplifier, then "the problem is trivial". Find a well-regarded filter network and steal it (only call it "research"). If the impedance is wrong, scale all values. If the gain is wrong, you can generally scale one value, although if you get greedy you can have errors at the end of the band. The spreadsheet only does the math for you.
