Usually the LM4562 can be a drop-in replacement for the opamps you mention. That's what I would go with. But to tell for sure a schematic is needed.
Regarding your PCB: I'm not a fan of free standing TO-220 packages (the two voltage regulators). They tend to wiggle and the solder joints fail over time. You can secure them with some sort of hot melt glue or just lay them flat on the board and secure them with a screw.
