active crossover, independence of filter points

re active crossovers ( such as dbx DriveRack PA+)

Can the low-output’s filter frequency point be set independent from the mid-output’s low bandpass level output point? i.e. such as:

high-out highpass filter at 850hz
mid-out mid bandpass 850hz top and 60hz low end
low-out either full frequency (with a sub that has its own variable filter), or say 80Hz / independent from the 60hz of the mid bandpass

>the basic idea is to let the midbass roll down and off yet provide protection at/below port tuning, and employ a sub for support of the low frequencies, and eq'ed where necessary for a smooth(er) frequency through the transition between sub and midbass rolloff.

thanks in advance for your comments - first can they be set independently, and second if you have experience with this questioned set up

it is going to depend on the crossover in question, they are not all the same. In straight analog ones, the knobs on the panel are all your options. In the more modern digital ones, all manner of programability is in them, consult the user manual.
