i want to use my active bass on my bass amp wich only has a passive input, does anyone know how to make a circut to do the task thanks
Have you actually tried it? Most active basses give out a signal which is totally compatible with ordinary amps; lower impedance, but low into high is good.
They do not go boosting the level; the voltage you can get out of a standard pickup with slap techniques is quite amazing.
If it's got a jack plug on it, try with no modification, then come back and tell us what's wrong with the sound (although if the answer is "it's too dynamic" I don't know exactly what recommendations we can give).

The difference between the active and pasive inputs is just sensitivity. The active jack pads down the signal some. Just plug the instrument into the amp and try it.
it works but
although i still get an ok sound just plugging it in to the passive input its not as good as with a active input.
in the passive input its quite noisy, hiss being the problem and it for some reason doesnt quite sound as good
possibly the differance in sound quality is the other amp is better but that doenst explain the hiss
thanks
