Not sure what you mean by a feedback eliminator. Could you explain further, perhaps with a link to an example circuit? Would this be relevant given that I'm using a piezo pickup?

Recommend you don't use Project 94, as it has too low an input impedance for the MI world. Do you have a true "acoustic electric" with an onboard preamp? If not, it will flat out suck. Recommend something like the Project 27 preamp so you can use it with all kinds of acoustic guitar pickups.
