What is the difference between Acoustat Model 6 ordinary interfaces and the Red Medallions series ? and what is Special about the Red Medallions ones ?
"Red Medallion" actually refers to two different changes.
"Medallion" refers to an improved transformer (both high and low frequency) that was available as an upgrade. Since you have four interfaces, and the fact that these transformers are likely no longer available (models 6 & 8 require a special LF transformer), the cost and trouble of this modification makes this an unlikely pursuit.
"Red" refers to the C-Modification, which is a popular improvement to the filter feeding the high frequency transformer. This is easy and inexpensive to do, and can be done independent of the type of transformers you have. Instructions are available. If you're interested, I can post instructions.

I will post the instructions later when I get home. From the instructions and component values in your interfaces, it should be obvious if you already have the C-Mod.
