Accusound Sub with strange input plug?

It happens, I pulled one out of my Krell integrated, when I called for parts the tech insisted that I should put a dab of super glue in the metal shell and plug it back in.

Wow!😱 How did that happen? Did you accidently walk into the cable and pull it out or did it come out by itself when you pulled the jack out?

I don't know if these are more sturdier, but it's also an option.

IIRC it was not terribly hard to pull out, I had a WBT locking RCA plug clamped onto it.
