Unlikely it was a unique design.
So a similar circuit can be found in another model from a different maker, and that can get you started.

Because I want to confirm before buying one that I can change the mains voltage without too much hassle

You mean it did not specify the input voltage in the instruction manual?
Incompetent clowns...and that tells a lot about the company's attitude for customers.
If it is outside the USA, probably a 240 V supply is being used.
Ask the seller.
