That looks like extremely dangerous and faulty design to me, and shouldn't be shown in public. Why?
-> Lead acid batteries capable of delivering several 100A wired with uninsulated, not mechanically fixed cables.
-> No sign of any fuses in these high-current circuits.
-> Bad soldering practice with cold joints and solder blobs dripped down on components.
-> Electrical tape is no means of mechanical fixing for large components.
If this setup is useful for anything, then it is to show bad practice that should be avoided at any costs. It will burn your house down if you're lucky. If not, you'll be inside then.
