Just thought,
I would post this for a laugh..
The question I came across was if there is Absolute Zero is there an opposite Absolute Hot..😱 Never even thought about it..

No. Heat is a form on energy, so, while there is a lower limit on the amount of energy which can be present (zero) there is no upper limit.
Thats what I thought until I saw this..

is there an opposite Absolute Hot..
Stick a thermometer in the sun and take a reading.....should be close enough!
Well, how about a practical limit? Has the temp at the instant of the big bang not been calculated? This would be the sum total of all the energy in the universe. That would be the limit for hot. Now a larger universe could have a higher hot, but that is a bit impractical to test as we are not there to test it.
(the sun is not very hot as hot goes.)

You're closer, you live Dade county. You'll have to try it.
(I kid you not, I once heard on the U.F. radio station that the reason there is more skin cancer in Florida is because Florida is closer to the sun).

No, I left Miami 40 years ago. I am now in Broward which is about 30 miles further north and therefore further from the sun!

Yeah, I know but it was the only stupid thing I could think of at the moment. Supernova??? If so, which one? Big bang? Was there a bigger bang in a parallel universe somewhere?????

What, only two billion degrees?
So who witnessed the big bang?
if CBR is now 3K then the initial temperature surely has already been calculated

now seriously , i think if we could mesure the temperature at the big bang that would be it ? or maybe inside a blackhole or in it´s borders ?

The problem is when we add energy to matter do we add mass...how much mass can you add?<<<not my words..😀

Quote,
Strange things start to happen at very low temperatures like the Bose-Einstein condensate. This is expected to happen also at very high temperatures..

Planck temp, 1 x 10 to the 23rd is the calculated sum of all energy in the universe, but I think that was before dark energy, so it may be another order of magnitude more.

Theory predicts that particle energies become so large that the gravitational forces between them become as strong as any other forces. (42)
