They will get quite hot, that is normal as the current flow is about 30 milliamps through these and the dissipation around 1.5 watt. So pretty hot.
In the photo at the start of the thread it looks like there are two transistors in thermal contact with the heatsink. Make sure any such things are correct in yours as that is for thermal compensation to limit drift with temperature.
