I run a 4 way active system and need a new amplifier for the top end 8000 hz +.
Do the above amps have a particular characteristic at the top end that you would recommend?

Seems its between the F6 or the A30 ?

I personally would do the F5, it having the widest bandwidth and you not needing any
particular harmonic structure up that high.

Thanks Nelson, I am looking to use ribbons instead of the Beyma slot tweeter so my crossover point would go down to 6000 hz.
Would the F6 still be your choice?
I already have an M2 driving the JBL 2450 on a E-JMLC 300 horn and it sounds
really nice.

You mean F5 which has a fast character, but any of these would work fine.

The M2 has some hiss I was surprised as your amps are renowned for being silent. Does this indicate a fault in the build?
