A2CMx: AmyAlice DC filter and cap multiplier for SMPS

Hello guys!
There are 2pcb versions. A single and a dual gnd one.
With the single gnd pcb the gnd is joined at the output of the filters.
With the 2 separate gnd one you can experiment where to join the grounds.

There is another thing.
If built with the bom components the filter will do 4a this meaning it can supply 2a to each channel.
At high power levels and into low impedances the amp will draw 2a(each channel) or more meaning the inductors will saturate and won’t filter anymore.
Best would be each channel with its filter.

A bit of a computer luddite here...
When I have got boards built in the past I have sent a .zip file. Does the .rar file have the same function (not sure what app I would use to open it.)?

Second question, the dual gnd choice:
My immediate application will be floating powered by two SMPS neither of which offer a ground connection (only + and -). I will tie + to - so as to provide a bipolar supply with a signal ground and +ve and -ve inputs.

Can you state under what circumstances you would choose to use one ground connection rather than the other?
thanks

I send .rar files. I think both extensions will work.
Else first thing I would try to do is rename the file and change the extension from rar to zip else you will have to extract the files and make a zip archive.

The gnd is the cleanest at the output so you will want to take the gnd reference(for the circuit it will power) from here. This point is used also for the star gnd connection. So in one word you will want to join the gnds at the output so in most cases the pcb with the gnd planes conneted between them will work the best.
Joining the gnds at the input is not recommended.
Having dual gnd can help if you need to join the gnds at the load.

JCLPCB is complaining about a layer:
"As shown below, the outline layer are too mess ,can we ignore the intenal lines inside the boarder of outline layer ?"

As I'm not entirely sure what they are on about, maybe they are referring to the two top and bottom boxes on the right side touching the edge and is cut off in their picture? If you agree I think it's okay to approve their suggestion.
