Arguments and facts only matter and are correct if it's for your own argenda. Yeah, I get that now. Thanks, I quit.
But for that a wooden horn out of plywood is a lot better suited because you can easily fix and replace parts, which you can not the same way in a plastic horn. That means, especally if you want to gain experience, this is not the a good way to start it. With the plastic horn you won't get the result and not much in experience.
Hey
Long time! Any idea how I would start on building my own horn? Are there any plans out there that you know of, that would work with my requirements? Or is there anyone here on the forum that knows a lot about this stuff? That way I could maybe start looking for designing it etc.. I have someone know who is very interested in building me the horns, so I only need to know what/how.
Thanks!
Awesome guide. Really helpfull in understanding it all. I already had Chris A explain me everything, but still a very usefull guide! Do you know where I can contact Bill? I would want to design a horn with my specific specs (1,4" or 2" driver with a 475-500hz crossover and double 10" or 12" drivers)
Well, bwaslo is his user name here. You should read the threads about synergy builds and Hornresp simulation. All questions will be answered in those reads 🙂
