This is the 142 litre Adire EBS aligned vented sub tuned to 18.1 Hz. The plate amp is a 150watt Altronics build (it was only a trial for the amp). It is hard to take a good photo seeing that it is covered in aluminium, but I dont think that they came out too badly. Any questions feel free to send them my way.

Did you do anything special to treat the aluminum, or it is just sheet glued to wood underneath? How is the corner/edge treatment on the aluminum (sharp corners?) done?

I am basically trying to make back the cost of this thing, what I really want is a stereo pair of 35litre sealed shivas, so Id say around $1000AUD.
I cant tell you much about the aluminium as I had it done professionally, hence the hefty price tag.
