Where in your project are you using fiberglass? From the second photo, your chassis looks like an aluminum frame with plexiglass panels. Does the plexi get too hot? I wasn't sure it would work well as containment with the heat of the light source.
Also, I echo the question about the clear panels... won't that adversely affect the light pollution generated by the projector?

karrock,declined as for the clear plexi in the back it alows you to see all the hard work i put into this thing
and the light is completely enclosed so there is no light leakage
thru the back again heres a few pix of the construction phase
