Those voxativ drivers look like clones of Lowther at least in regard to the shape of the cones/whizzer, phase plug shape, and the frame.
If they are cheaper than Lowther I'd be interested having a play with them.
Edit: Just saw the price. I'm out. Hahahahaha

I believe the Voxatives are the descendants of the AER drivers, which
back in the day were Lowther clones, "but made properly by Germans."
I think these are better than the Lowthers and the AERs, however they are
fairly expensive.

well , eons ago , when I stopped caring for Lowthers , it resulted (or was coincidental) in opening of my third eye
now , when I'm older , I'm feeling opening of my third ear ....... so even more sucker for all speakers ........ but they're either in front of me , or on my shelves

ok , now seriously - speaker must be more friendly (less demanding ) in basic/native form , than "your usual " Lowther
speaking of "properly made" ........ Germans forgot mucho more knowledge about speakers , than it was (needed to be) invested in their AER iteration of Lowther
there was , now defunct , site called vintage german loudspeakers (com) ....... what I had opportunity to hear of Lautsprechers presented there , and what else we could see there ....... it's simply frightening what old geezers were able to made in Yore and , with all my love for FR and Lowther , they're (Lowther) just stuck in time , eons ago
I could agree on that level of quality and craftsmanship , for 15% of price , no more
just a glimpse of what I'm speaking of germ. spks. site , still can be seen on Klangfilm Home!
regarding Voxatives ... way outa my league (money-wise).......... and - what I can see from pictures, now - whatever they say , it's well backed in execution
when that is in question , I'm never objecting (any) price
ok , 'nuff babling , time for nap

IMO /observation the Reality of German engineering *actually* being world leading. Ended with the Last V2 launch.
Very little since has actually been worthy of the claim.

At this instant, a production F7 on the top, a crazed F7 (not for public
consumption) on the bottom.
They just happened to be on top of the pile...
