I would do it this way

The BOSOZ is a wonderful balanced to unbalanced converter, and also a unbalanced to balanced converter, and can also do unbalanced to unbalanced. Leave the circuit as originally designed, and short the unused input and or output to ground.

I did halve the value of R1 to get a little lower distortion and a little more maximum swing.
