I just made a preamp (Gain : 4.3, non-inverting, opamp : opa2604), and there is a problem..
I thought X4.3 is not a big deal because the guitar signal is not that large, but there was distortion when using rear humbucker.
Does anyone know the reason?

Without schematics it's hard to tell.....
What rail voltages did you use? A minimum of + and - 15V is rather common.

If you have only a 9V battery available a hot humbucker might overdrive that preamp, specially because most Op Amps do not reach the rails (in this case +)v and ground) but stop a couple volts earlier, which severely limits headroom.
Often you can´t go beyond 2X gain. 🙁
