There is no need for such heavy handed follower for a line stage.
And to do away with matching, one can use PMP4201 and PMP5201 for the current mirrors.

Oops, I didn't think about that. I used a linear potentiometer in that position, which is a "specialty" model/symbol that others likely don't have (see attached circuit in the first post). Use an appropriate resistor in that position as kasey197 suggested.
