DAYTON RSS315HF-4 12" HIGH FIDELITY SUBWOOFER
http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?&DID=7&Partnumber=295-464
Qts 0.44
Fs 23 Hz
Frequency range: 23 - 1,000 Hz (allegedly)
SPL: 89 dB 2.83 V/1m
Looks like it might be a reasonable partner for passive xover with Jordan JXR6, if that frequency range of 1,000 Hz is for real.
Certainly could work with active xover. Specs nicely, and I've read good reviews.

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

I want to see a freq response to see if that 1K is for real.navin said:I dont think it will be nimble enough.
What's the impedance? I've mentioned on another thread that the JXR6's 89dB isn't quite what it seems - I think it runs louder than that because of the 6's 3-4 ohm impedance. Two in series match quite well to the 89dB JX92 but one sounds a little too loud.
However the Parts Express driver looks interesting.
