as the photos shows the first 2 signal is oscillating which is the upper 2184s chip while the lower 2184s chip gate signals are not.
don't know yet bro, but i read in your tutorial i believed about the use of osci in troubleshooting.
We can try to get the high-side with a different source of voltage. I haven't tried this, so I don't know if it will work. Do you have any 1k ohm, 1/4w leaded resistors?
What does the high-side look like (same conditions as you had before when you tried to get a drive waveform) with a load connected to the speaker terminals.
Are the negative speaker terminals connected to the secondary ground/center-tap?

Good evening bro. After long months I Just came back to continue repairing this ADS 2000.1 mono amp. Just got some new output FETS and driver IC's. But then I just found out that one zener diode near the pull down resistor was missing on the other side of channel. As shown in the picture, circled in red, any suggestion of what replacement I can use with this zener diode? Thanks a lot.

If you can't get a definitive answer, you may need to take an original diode and connect a variable supply across it (with a series 1k resistor) to what voltage it breaks down at. If it goes well above 15v, it's likely a 1N4148. If it breaks down, it's a Zener.
