Not yet tested .. out of time during vacation. Hope I can test it next time.
Nice work,

Yes, that is equivalent to 80Vpk into a 1r0 load. +-95Vdc should just about get you there................for 3200w *1ohm load -
V = sqrt(P*R) = sqrt (3200 * 1ohms) = sqrt(3200) = 56.5vac on output. is this correct ..?
i think 95vdc power supply is ok.
Can your PSU and amplifier pass >200Apk to the speaker load?
Buy a ready made PA amplifier, designed to drive a 1ohm speaker load.

this is a class d amplifier, psu is smps, 3 etd49 tr used can get 3600w.

I got exactly the same heat sink on pic 1, waiting for the test result as i'm making new H900 TEF layout to fit perfectly on this nice heat sink.

Hello Sir Wiljj78... I would be nice to have PCB customized to fit this heat sink.. as you can see I bended the tr leg just to fit it ))... I cant test this amp by 1st week of April during my next vacation to PH. Anyway ..This amp is already working as quoted by Sir Liem Poo bec I got this layout from him though I modify the fitting of TRs because of this type heat sink. Some values were change too based on sir mile schematic at input stage. I got this heat sink for Econolytz PH.. please refer to this link.. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=oa.526147190776549&type=1
Thanks& Regards

Yes we got the heat sink on the same source, i just brought 2 of them out of 4 pcs. when i went my vacation in phil last month as i purchase last november from Econolytz.
Now i need to know from you side just to confirm if liem poo pcb is working as i never seen any confirmation/evidence from his post that this layout was tested.
Let me know so i can make perfect fit pcb for this heatsink....

Hello folks,
Although a little to beefy for my needs, I still think that it can be scaled down to just about 200-300W or so. Same question here, is there a final and stable version ? Schematic, more precisely.
Thanks a bunch.
