Okay think i will run it stereo with a mono signal into 2 8 ohm woofers. And then I have essentially 120W of bass reinforcement and 60W a channel for the surround. Thanks everyone! and one final question, would a 750VA transformer run all of this?
750VA is more than enough. By a factor of two, probably. Personally I would have two power supplies and leave open the possibility to run them at different voltages. Have a look at some of my posts on 3886 subs, and the others on the thread. Most of the info you want is there. But if you want to move from 2x 3886 to 1x 4780 then you will have to drop your rail voltages in general.
