Can any one out ther recommend me a good 8" driver that is located in canada. Im looking at buying 4 of them to use them as subwoofers. 2 Per box Ported. the cut off freq. is 100hz and down. Any one know of a good brand and make.. Im planning on useing them with my Criterion.

You don't mention any budget or box requirements but the TangBand W8-740C is $32.50 (US, I guess) from...

The only apperent downside is efficiency of 84dB/W. Xmax is quoted as 12mm but I suspect that is peak-to-peak, not one way.
I don't have any experinece of the TB but Madisound has PEERLESS 831858 8" dual VC drivers for $27.50. Power is quoted at 200W (100W per VC) and Xmax is very respectable at 7mm.
I use one in a 1cuft sealed sub with an LM3886 driving each voice coil. Using a Linkwitz transform, I get good bass down to 30Hz at decent SPL.

the jlw3v2 8" is 10mm xmax one way and has very nice specs
