8 channels Class D amplifier for active speakers

Dear all,
I would like to build a Class D 8 channel amplifier for my new DIY 4 way active speakers.

Loudspeaker units are:


SUB: Dayton Titanic 12" MKIII
Power Handling (RMS)500 Watts
Power Handling (max)1000 Watts
Impedance 4 ohms

LOW VOICE: Wavecor SW215WA01
Nominal impedance 4 Ohm

Unfortunately I have no technical expertise to correctly arrange it (power supply, case, etc). Therefore, any advice helping me in building the amplifier will be greatly appreciated.

above all, many many thanks for the reply.
I see you proposed me alternative brands to Sure Electronics.
Is there a reason to avoid Sure boards? Or simply you informed me about similar products worth of interest?. If boards better than Sure are marketed, pleas let me know. I know that Hypex and ICEpower manufacture excellent modules, but the first are too much expensive and the second are sold only to companies. Connexelectronic and ClassDAudio may represent a compromise/middle course? What about Sure? Deserving cheap brand exist?
Some years ago I read enthusiastic comments about the IRS2092 amplifier and looking for a manufacturer of IRS2092-based board I chanced upon Sure, also selling a 4X board very useful for my 8 channels system. Have us actually more efficient and audiophile grade amplifier?
Being unfamiliar with class D amplifier, but at the same time wishful to test myself with this challenge (after years spent to build loudspeakers), I would very grateful to you to have a kind of comprehensive "shopping list" in order to assemble a possibly affordable (and easy to build) amplifier (e.g. compatible Power supply, additional boards, capacitors etc). With such a list and sufficient instructions to assemble the whole works I would be very proud to build my own amplifier!

I think you are on the right track.

For subs, I have heard great things about the LJM IRS2092. If you really need 500 watts then maybe:

Although, lately I have been playing with Dx (class AB) and it sounds great for mids and bass if 100w is enough for you. Highs are excellent too - but you did say you wanted to get away from class AB. These are fairly compact and run cool.

Only few other questions before to send the order:
1. Is LJM-L20D-IRS2092 suitable for 4 ohm speakers also (such as my sub and woofer)?
2. Do you know a trustworthy seller of assembled L20D?
3. May the SMPS800RE from connexelectronic be a good choice for two IRAUDAMP7 L20D boards? Do you know other noteworthy (and possibly cheaper) alternatives to this PSU?
4.
