The computer will have additional screen (control panel - screen) for HDMI output, but you don't have to display anything.
sure that is wasting of some signal bandwidth on HDMI cable...
anyway, cuda/HDMI capable PC + HDMI AV amp + 3way Speaker, are minimum configuration.

what is a bit unpractical in your solution is that the AV amp cannot play analog FM or pure 44k1/16 stereo input (coax or toslink) anymore !
Full band signal will then be output to the bass drivers and nothing to the 4 other drivers.

Right, Stereo signal goes to Front L/R, now that is not a full-range speaker, you can only listen the woofer range sound.
for safety I wrote "Front L/R" to "Low" section speaker.
If you use Front L/R to tweeter, you can burn it 🙂.

The multiamped system would be composed of
- computer
- hdmi cable
- AV amp
- tri-wired speaker cabinet (with eventual passive filters removed)
Such a system will only make sense when listening with a computer running your cuda FIR as a source.
Whenever you want to listent to another source (another hdmi source, the FM tuner or another iec958 digital source), the system in not appropriate as it will play full range signal through only the bass divers, so you will ear a physically low passed sound.
Do you know any low cost, slim size, high audio quality digital AV amp which could be devoted to multiamping using CUDA FIR without me feeling culprit of wasting money on unused but pricey functions ?
I love my pany because it is a full digital amp : no DAC in the signal path, except perhaps in the ultimate amplification stage.

Yes it will work, ADAT transceiver has zero knowledge about ADAT receiver.
and for GPUFIR_ASIO module, also it has no knowledge about ASIO host.
GPUFIR_ASIO doesn't care which ASIO host you use.
