Also, the supply and shielding of the circuit needs some attention... (if you don't want to pollute the DAC supply!)

The schematic of the Asynchronous Reclocker shows a 100Mhz crystal..
Why don't you use the AR circuit instead?
Hi Fedde and HeadSh0t,
OK, I will use 50MHz and then try other value after 50MHz can work correctly.
KWAK-CLOCK is not a solution for this case. What clock is recommended? I found a schematic of ASRC:

but it depends on a low jitter TTL which is not easy to get.
Can I use crystal and FET to build a 50MHz Colpitts Oscillator? or other better choice?
Thanks.
i recommend building it as close to elso's ASR as possible....he has refined it for several years.
you could experiment with the supplies.....🙂

I realise that my last posts were not clear enough. Elso has two circuits: the Kwak clock and the asynchronous reclocker. Ask him for the circuit (his mail address can be found on my page)

Marlowe,
That link you provided is a type of asynchronous reclocking but it's not Elso's if that's what you're looking for. Lesha (the guy from that link) used a slightly different method (using an oscillator) and only reclocked one of the signals rather than all three from the CS8412.
Here's a thread from AA with some dialog between Elso and Lesha:

If you haven't already done so, email Elso for this Asynch Reclocking circuit.
Bricolo:
You might want to read this thread from AA to get some insight into reclocking:

Hope that helps
