You know you can put capacitors in series.

I finally go the high voltage stabilized I put a 500ohm resistor before 67uf cap. Now the voltage is sitting right at 380V or so on the plates. I went ahead and substituted in 1k ohm resistors for the cathode bias and they are pulling right around 30ma or so. I am going to go ahead and do more work with the feedback network this weekend. I will let you know the results.

Thanks for those giving input and following. I ended up using a 3.9kohm resistor for the feedback network. When I get time this week I will update with the final schematic for what i have built. I will be giving a week long test at work.
