6v6 and OPT with 10-12k ohm(primary impedence)

I have a couple of SE OPT.
They have 12K-8Ohm.
Do you think 6v6 can work with this pair?

Sure. Class A, maybe a little on the high side, say 350V which would be biased at what, 40mA per? You'll want screen around 200-250V. Grid will be something like -13V bias, or cathode at +13 (160 ohm auto-bias resistor for the pair).
