Hello everyone,

Have anybody tried 6n6p-ir tube in line preamp and how does it sound in comparison to 6n6p-i or 6n6p.
6n6p-ir is much more expensive than simple 6n6p and it's anodes are built different ,in a rectangular boxy shape similar to e80cc ,for example,pretty different than p and p-i type so I am tempted to buy it.
If somebody have compared those three tubes i will appreciate his comments on 6n6p-ir very much.
I am using p-i one in my preamp and like it more than essential p type.
