If you want to use 200 V instead of 300 V and you want to still have about 10 mA of current, you just need to reduce the anode (or plate in English ?) resistor from 33k to 22k 🙂
Or you can keep the 33k resistor and you will have about 7 mA !

Actually: Americans say "plate", the English often say "anode".
