Offer a dormant project of a tube amp with building instructions. bought on ebay from Electrosonique. attached list of parts znd the 150uF Epcos are not on the list. the link to it.

Circuit Description: Balanced SRPP input stage for high input sensitivity and low noise floor. By inserting appropriate jumpers, the use of 12AX7 / ECC83 tubes as well as 6N2P tubes (cyrill. 6H2pi) is possible. 6L6GC or 6P3S (cyrill. 6pi3C) tubes are used in the power amplifier. The power is 20 to 30 watts per channel, depending on the transformers and tubes used. The use of the E34L is also possible without modification, by adjusting the cathode resistance, operation with KT66, KT77 and the EL34 is also possible without restrictions. Operation in Ultra-Linear is recommended, but operation without Ultra-Linear is also possible by simply rearranging 4 resistors.

You are bidding on an unpopulated circuit board for the construction of a stereo integrated amplifier based on vacuum tube technology. All components have been fitted on a single space-saving PCB due to a carefully optimized layout such that the wiring effort is kept at minimum.
Special attention has been paid to the usage of components that are easily available at reasonable prices and that stable operation is possible without the need for adjustments. It was aimed towards avoiding doubtful components with high end hype.
Description of the circuit:
Symmetrical SRPP input stage for high input sensitivity and low ambient noise. By assembly of the corresponding wire jumpers either 12AX7 / ECC83 or 6N2P tubes (kyrill. 6H2pi) may be fitted. The power amp employs four pieces of 6L6GT or 6P3S (kyrill. 6pi3C) tubes. KT66, KT77, KT88, KT100 or EL34 tubes may also be used by adapting the value of the cathode resistors appropriately. The nominal output power reads 20 to 30 Watts per channel depending on transformers and tube types that are used. The operation in ultra-linear mode is recommended, normal mode is possible as well by replacing 4 resistors.
