Hi all,
Just for sharing my experience with 6db serial two ways crossover.
filtre 6 db série 2 voies, xover serial 6 db two ways
Thank's in advance fo comments or suggestions..

Can we see a schematic of the circuit? Why are there two coils in the design? Aren't those resistors a bit small and do they get hot under use? What are the roll offs of each driver in circuit?
Hi David,
I not drawn schematic, but it's typical 6db serial, with Zobel and BSC.
Resistor is 5 w, sufficient for Lpad and Zobel.
One coil is for xover and the other is for BSC.

Hi,
I drew quickly a schematic :

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
Hi Phil, nice job.
Funny is that I ended in some similar design, well, just a coil and a cap.
I used the same 12 uF value but with a different driver, a Monacor SPX-20
which is a tiny 2" coupled to a 7" waveguide.
I see also hat you fixed the coils to the panel with a screw 😕😡
you should use some non ferro-magnetic materials, or better, glue, or, optimal,
leave the crossover out of the box!
