6A3 in to 300B Amp?

It may cost almost as much to change the power transformer to get the correct filament voltage, and also to get the lower voltage high voltage secondary, and other parts, than to purchase 300B tubes.

Are the 300B tubes self biased, or fixed biased?
Is there a choke in the B+?
If there is a choke in the B+, is it choke input or cap input B+?
What is the output transformer primary impedance?
Is the owner willing to have the amplifier with less than 1/2 of the original output power?
Is there room to put a filament transformer or two on the chassis?
How about posting a schematic?
As you can see, it would take a lot of work to convert it, depending on the answers to the above questions.

I not sure Primary Ω, by what he said it was assembled in the 1990s.
No Chokes on top table.

He will proceed with the EH 300B I located at Eday just $63.
As here the Customs duties are 100% (60 + 40) over product ship and insurance prices he will pay around $150 for a pair.
Thanks again boys.
