I need 6 channels of amplification for a 3-way active system I am building. I've looked at build vs buy, D vs T, and everything in between. I'm leaning towards building a HIFIMEDIY based solution based on the following requirements:
100 Watts/channel minimum, into 4 ohms
6 channels
All in a single 18" x 18" enclosure
My questions are as follows:
-Should I go with T2s
-Should I use 1 or 3 PSUs
-Which PSU(s) would you recommend? (Brand, volts, watts, etc.)
I appreciate your assistance and any other advice is appreciated.

I would think space limitations favours a single power supply.
I don't know much about it, but I heard when used in close proximity that it's worth getting Class D amps designed for multiple channels - something about avoiding interaction between their clocks. The multi-channel units have their clocks synchronized I believe.

Not to discourage DIY, but you might look for a used Parasound HCA-806. It will at least get you going while you build your DIY amp! The Parasound is a well built amp, and puts out IIRC 140W/ch @ 4 ohms and 80W/ch at 8 ohms. The only thing that might need to be "fixed" are the output relays, which get oxidized and create intermittent or distorted sounding connections. The amp can be disassembled pretty easily and with modest desoldering/soldering skills you can replace the $7ea relays in about 45 minutes.
