Are there any 6.5" wave guides available for purchase that are compatible with a Eminence ALPHA-8MRA or others ?
Do you mean its throat or mouth diameter? The Monacor WG-300 has a mouth diameter of 169 mm (6.65"). If you want a 6.5" throat diameter, you could take a Dayton H10RW waveguide with a 10" mouth and saw off the throat.

throat size would be 6.5".would the sawed of horn be just as effective as a factory made piece?because i thought horns folloed a rule like the over length must be the size of a wave length or something like that ,am not sure though
It depends on whether you want constant directivity or maximum efficiency (which requires substantial horn loading). For directivity, a hacked off waveguide + mouth roundover will be OK. For efficiency, the horn must have a longer length. This woofer is the best choice for real horn loading because it has a weak motor.
If your woodworking skills are good, you could build a waveguide or horn out of wood.
