Seeking a pair of 8 ohm 90db/w/m midrange round drivers that measure 4.9-5.1" in total diameter. Is there an alternative to the cheap Pyle offering? If not, are the Pyles any good? Thanks. jchallenborg@gmail.com
One of JBL's many 5" midrange models should fit the bill.
They are wide-band and efficient .

I believe buying those JBL's used is the normal recourse for most of the mentioned models.
