Hopefully I've not broken any rules by posting this but I have 48 off IRF9540NPBF P Channel Mosfets for Sale. They are brand new, original and entirely untouched, still in the unopened pack supplied by Farnell in the UK.

I'm open to sensible offers for all or part of the pack.

I have over 10Kilos of surplus parts.....caps, resistor, semis, connectors, leds, etc.etc........virtually every conceivable type of part......some in bulk so if there's anything you might need......I've probably got it....
