All you have to loose in fixing the tweeter would be time and glue. 🙂 That voice coil does look beyond repair, at least I couldn't do it.

Speaker repair businesses, trash and treasure, Gumtree, and the like.
The Monacor DT 75/8 Tweeters would be perfect but the cost involved for these and the crossovers make the Diamond 3's a write off.
I'll maybe stash them and wait for parts to come up or break them up and sell the parts.

According to the wharfdale specs, the tweeter is a 19mm dome and it seems to look a bit like a Vifa D19, but with a different mounting plate.

Alas at $72 plus shipping and the mounting plate mis match makes the Monacors from England more viable at 25 Pounds plus shipping.
Might have to sit on these.
With the high cost of procuring drivers I might be better off selling the Wharfedale Woofers for parts and the boxes for someone looking to build a DIY.
A shame though.
They're not too bad sounding, even without one of the tweeter.
And with potential for further improvement via a crossover restoration.
