in past the site & forum was excellent. The quality of the amps is superb, so far I have built x2Truepaths, x2amp9's and now have an Amp5 sitting on my desk ready for some attention. In terms of the instructions these are normally downloaded from the site (after you login). in the orders summary there are some tabs at the top listed as docs. The Bill of materials and instructions are normally in there.

Its a shame the site is knackered at the moment. I think this is a hobby/sideline for Jan and si not his full time work. I also belive that Jan has had some health issues this has made matters worse.

Yep customer services is poor but the amps I have ordered have always arrived complete with all the parts you need. I dont have the Amp11 docs but can help with Truepath, Amp8 & amp5.

When you get these up and running you wont be dissapointed, these are by far the best amps I have heard (comparison to Marantz, Rotel, Onkyo, for what its worth)

Hi, any luck so far contacting Jan?

I'm too stuck with amp1-b.

i was able to go through urls http://www.support.41hz.com/showblob.asp?ID=1 to 500 - some of them contain files with documentation. I found assembly instructions for my amp (old revision though), but the documentation on how to bridge it is missing.

@cloud1972 - your documentation can be found on http://www.support.41hz.com/showblob.asp?ID=311

Maybe someone on this forum has backed up all files form their orders and could provide them?

Hi guys.

I have visited 41Hz in Stockholm a few times and Jan has always been nice.

This is not the first time he has web-problems though 🙁

I have instructions for AMP 9-basic, 11-HV and 15-PS-XP.

Ask me for them and I will send or upload, file size up to 1M seems to be ok.

I think I have one 11-HV completed somewhere.
If anyone needs a small SUB-amp I can sure get rid of it 🙂

Instructions for Amp11

I happened to see this need for assembly instruction of Amp11. I have it and have built some HV and MV, no LV. All are measured regarding THD and IM and the result is ...stunning good for such a small device.

WHat about THD <0.006%/75W/4.7Ohms@35Vdc for HV up to 8kHz. Above 8kHZ the THD is doubled. Unfortunately I get severe headache when I listen to these high frequencies at 75W :ill:

Give me your mail and I'll send it to you :santa2:

I just found this thread. I too ordered the AMP11 lv about a year ago. I managed to get hold of Jan a couple of times (I actually met him a few times in Stockholm, and can confirm that he is a really nice guy) but I never got hold of the assembly instructions. I don't believe that he is trying to rip someone off, although it's a nuisance that we can't build our nice amps.
I would be very happy if someone could supply BOM and assembly instructions for the AMP11LV (at least that's what I think i bought(?!). I also bought another amp, but I can't figure out which it is right now. I'll get back about this.
Here's a picture of me and Jan 🙂

Hey Holonen, he never responded to me when I was trying to build it (and something went wrong with my board - blew up the tripath chip!), but while the site was still up, I was able to figure out how to get file off of it. Not surprising it was hacked considering how insecure it was. Here are all of the files I still have from the amp11: http://1drv.ms/1Cx8QaY
