Hello everybody,
I need some help. On one of 2a3 sockets I am missing a steel clip that keeps the contacts tensioned. I looked high and low trying to find if anybody sells them, but no luck. I just don't want to buy a new socket just for a 0.02 piece that sprang out.
Does anybody know where to find those steel tensioning springs for 4pin socets?
Thanks!

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
Here is the pic, on the back side of the socket, on each pin there is a steel spring keeping the contact pins tensioned.
You should really request a new sockets from wherever you bought the sockets from . Those spring clips get bashed and broken in transit , the sockets come from China in bags of 20 . I have a few broken sockets with the clips if you get stuck and can't find anything locally
