I have messed with all three. The Dynavox is quite efficient, which is good because one way to take the edge off of its somewhat ragged top end is to use a strong BSC circuit. The Tang Band is expensive but oozes quality. I see it as a bit of a racehorse in that it deserves special care both in enclosure construction and speaker placement: a demanding driver that deserves careful planning. The RS100 has quite a bit less surface area than the other two. I did what you are doing by dropping it into a salvaged BR box (about 3L). Easy listening and adequate frequency response for a desktop full-range. It gets my vote for your application.
Oh, and I put the port on top so that it could be backed up to a wall on a desk/dresser/sideboard.
Trying to stuff too big a driver into a small box will not work as well as a smaller driver better suited to tehbox size. Both the FF105wk and thw 4FE waxx suggested really want a larger box than you have, the smaller FF85wk for instance will go lower than the larger driver in tha box and not suffer as much from boxiness from too small a box.
I know of no 4” that ar ehappy in that box size.
Can you make a new baffle?
