Are they equivalent? No.
Are they somewhat similar? I suppose? A 350b is similar to a 6l6 which is similar to an 807. But there are some obvious differences between these tubes, and I would treat them as completely different tubes.

The 350a tube is new to me. From what I read on google the 350A seems to be a western electric version of the 807.

350A and 350B are apparently different.
The first is a transmission tube with slightly more power dissipation 30W
The second is a valve for general purpose with 25W power dissipation.
But i do not found the graphics with the curves.
