Working on an amp that has P65NF06 in the power supply with 100 ohm gate resistors.
Plan to replace with 3205's - should I change gate resistor value?

The 3205 and 47 ohm gate resistors are typically good in generic amps but there are amps that originally use the 3205 and use 100 ohm gate resistors. To use resistors over about 47 ohms, you have to have a drive circuit that has more deadtime progrrammed into the circuit.
