that be half of the traffo, it has dual secundary coils eatch giving you about 70 Vdc.

If u would look into lm3886 data sheet will see that it could be powered by a simetrical power supply +35 and -35volts or by a single ended power supply of +70volts
The guy from updatemydynaco.com uses the second version of power , actually he offers an regulated power supply.

You could use your secondaries independently the power each channel , but will need 2 rectifiers or you can parallel the secondaries (and use only one rectifier )to power both channels.
