A 2" port is likely to chuff. Are you sure?
Other than that, a 3" port with length of 9.95" can be replaced by a 2" port with length 3.93".
However, WinISD indicates that the port length is off for the given cabinet volume and port diameter. For a 3" port it calculates a length of 12.2" and for the 2" port the length is 4.93".
