Should black or yellow be read first? According to color code charts, black is listed first, so it should read as "BLACK, VIOLET, YELLOW," correct?
Furthermore, given that there is no fourth color, should it be gold?

How do you know which side to start from?

In this instance... It is very rare to have a leading zero. If this amp is like most that use these, you can pull another with the same markings and measure its value.

Do you have any documents/diagrams that show these as nH? I've seen extensive use of the uH but not the nH.
