I'm collecting parts, for an amp build. All 1/4 watt resistors will be Vishy Naked Z-Foil. But I have another six 2 watt, and three 3 watt resistors I need. I can only find Mills in 5 watt and up. So, what's the best audio grade 2 and 3 watt resistors? That would compliment the Vishy's. Please help! I've been searching the internet all day. Thank you.
Use the Mills; a higher wattage rating hurts nothing and may slightly improve Tc performance by running a little cooler.
How are these resistors being employed in the circuit? Depending on value and application, you can obtain good metal film parts in this power range.
