I just bought a pair of 2STW4468/2STW1695 for testing, because they look quite good. I can't find any SPICE models for them though.
ST also make 2STC4468/2STA1695, which are identical except in a TO3P package instead of TO247. They are also substantially similar to the Japaneses 2SC4468/2SA1695... which I can't find models of either.
Has anyone ever used these before? I can't see much evidence of them being used for anything anywhere yet.
